サロンのご利用にあたって

当ウェブサイト（http://www.stunninginc.jp)の利用規約をお読み下さい。当サロンをご予約いただく場合は、それらの利用規約に同意されたものと致します。

 

■お客様の都合による遅刻・変更・当日のキャンセルについて、一切の返金・譲渡・補償を提供する義務を負いません。ご予約時間を大幅に遅れて到着された場合、次のお客様の開始時間によってご希望のコースを提供できないことがございます。ご予約の変更やキャンセルにつきましては、下記のキャンセレーションポリシーをご確認下さい。

■STUNNINGをご利用いただいたことによる、怪我・保持品や財産の紛失・死亡について一切の責任を負いかねます。

​

■STUNNINGでのトリートメントを初めてお受けいただく方には、安全に施術を行えるよう、お体の既往歴などを伺うカウンセリングシートへのご記入をお願いしております。お客様の状況によりましては、その日のトリートメントをお控えいただくこともございます。

■サロンのご予約をいただくことで、上記諸条件に同意いただけたことといたします。

 

キャンセルポリシー

ご予約の変更・キャンセルは、ご予約日の48時間前までにメールまたはLINE@で必ずご連絡下さいますようお願い致します。48時間を過ぎてからのキャンセルは予定コースの50％をチャージさせていただきます。また、当日キャンセルまたはご連絡なきキャンセルの場合は、予定コース料金の全額をお支払いただきます。規定以降のキャンセルはいかなる理由（体調不良や交通問題など）であっても、キャンセルチャージの対象となりますことをご了承ください。

ウェブサイト上の全ての価格は、日本円（￥）です。表記されております価格は税込価格です。コストなどの変動が反映され、全ての価格が予告なく変更されることがあります。

 

■メンバーシップ資格は、他のお客様への譲渡はできません。また、メンバーシップの資格はお申し出がない限り、登録日から有効期限で消滅いたします。いかなる理由においても期間の延長などはいたしかねます。

■銀行へのお振り込みをいただく際、お手数料などの諸費用はお客様のご負担にてお願いいたします。

Please read through the terms and conditions on our website thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a member of STUNNING, you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out on the STUNNING’s website.

While we endeavour to deliver all our sessions on time and as advertised, classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. STUNNING is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for sessions that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.

STUNNING has the right to refuse entry at anytime.

You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health.

You will follow all instructions given to you by STUNNING therapists and you acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.

STUNNING is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our salon.

By booking into a session you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

 

CANCELATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.

Session cancellations can be made via e-mail or LINE@ before 48h to your session. It will be charged 100% of your price for cancel on the day you booked.Cancellations will not be accepted on social media.
